Dry Cases
Dry cases are smaller plastic dryboxes designed for goodies like first aid supplies, wallets, cameras, cell phones, keys, maps, munchies, or sometimes boat repair items. Sometimes gasket rings on dryboxes can over-compress (store them with the lids open when they're not in use) or get sand particles embedded in them. Either way they can develop leaks, so a 5-cent ziplock bag is cheap insurance for your Nikon. If you keep them clean and store them open though, a good drycase is usually the most waterproof option compared to drybags or military boxes.
